The Castlebar International Four Days Walks were established in 1967 and since that time have attracted walkers from all over the world.
Our walks offer a wide choice of routes to suit all levels of fitness. On each of the four days of the festival we have a 10km, 20km and 40km road walk and a ramble of approximately six hours duration. The Welcome Inn Hotel on New Antrim street is our headquarters for the festival. All walks and rambles start and finish at the hotel.

The festival starts on the Wednesday evening with an informal get-together where walkers can register and there is also a short but important briefing.
